I’m currently on an extended trip away from home and started experiencing emissions trouble with my 2015 Sierra HD Duramax. Ultimately, I needed to be towed to the service center. Brock was able to get me in to have a look at it right away. I was expecting a very costly repair. I appreciate the service department not simply reading diagnostics codes and replacing parts. Instead, they did what I would call actual troubleshooting to determine root causes and find solutions other than very costly parts replacement. As of this review, I have not experienced any further issues. Hopefully this has bought me enough time to finish my trip and return home before ultimately needing to further service or replace parts of my emissions system. Regardless, this experience will influence me to give Charbonneau Car Center my future business.

Brock was very helpful had questions about things in the area and was very helpful. Also I was given a time frame when they could get to my truck and it was finished so much sooner than expected which i was very thankful.

Really great experience! We ended up just wanting to test drive something to see if we liked it with no plan to buy that day. The salesmen was great and said no problem and let us drive the vehicle and then was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and shows some other cool features. In the end he didn’t even ask to look at numbers and said if we had any questions to reach out. We went back and ended up buying that day. The staff was all great!! They interacted with our kids and made it all so easy!!!

When I received the recall notice I contacted the dealership. They checked it and said they would order the parts. They contacted me with an appointment date. The parts were put on and they checked to make sure all recalls were taken care of at that time. The people and service were excellent as usual. Charbonneau is a great place to do business and I recommend them to others all the time.

I had a molding and window rubber replaced After they looked at the problem and ordered parts. Called and said parts are in and made appointment to get parts put on. When I arrived he said that it would take awhile so he said he would have a driver take me to any where I wanted to go and had breakfast. Call to let him know when I wanted to get picked up and said my truck was ready. Every thing was done and ready to go. All was straight forward and no issues.

Charbonneau had our Acadia from August 3rd to September 18th and neither they or GM are able to repair the issue we have had with the Acadia since purchasing on January 3rd.
