Able to get an appointment on same day as called for service. The service work and personnel were polite, friendly and professional.

When I received the recall notice I contacted the dealership. They checked it and said they would order the parts. They contacted me with an appointment date. The parts were put on and they checked to make sure all recalls were taken care of at that time. The people and service were excellent as usual. Charbonneau is a great place to do business and I recommend them to others all the time.

Everyone was wonderful, got me in fast, had the part I needed, and then got me out just as fast. Good friendly service from the service counter to the parts, best service that I have received from any GMC dealer nationwide, and there have been several.

I had a molding and window rubber replaced After they looked at the problem and ordered parts. Called and said parts are in and made appointment to get parts put on. When I arrived he said that it would take awhile so he said he would have a driver take me to any where I wanted to go and had breakfast. Call to let him know when I wanted to get picked up and said my truck was ready. Every thing was done and ready to go. All was straight forward and no issues.

Charbonneau had our Acadia from August 3rd to September 18th and neither they or GM are able to repair the issue we have had with the Acadia since purchasing on January 3rd.

Put an unexpected 4k miles on my truck due to a family emergency over the holidays, which caused me to drive through my service schedule. Charbonneau was able to get me in immediately upon my return and even found a way for me to save money on my next two services. They also found a cracked windshield wiper and replaced it under warranty. This attention to detail and exceptional customer care is the reason Charbonneau remains my first choice for all my GMC services.

With dealing with the service team, they were very professional and polite. I had all four tires replaced but now when I turn the wheel of my vehicle I am now hearing and feeling a rubbing noise/vibration in my vehicle. I will call them back to see what they can do for me with this issue.

Really great experience! We ended up just wanting to test drive something to see if we liked it with no plan to buy that day. The salesmen was great and said no problem and let us drive the vehicle and then was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and shows some other cool features. In the end he didn’t even ask to look at numbers and said if we had any questions to reach out. We went back and ended up buying that day. The staff was all great!! They interacted with our kids and made it all so easy!!!

I recently bought a new GMC Acadia a few weeks ago. With only 700 miles on it my check engine light came on while driving to Dickinson. I called Lance right away and he directed me to take it to service department right away. When I arrived Jason Lantz immediately jumped into action. While it took about an hour to get it figured out Jason kept me informed and was very helpful.

I was treated good by the shop. But the big problem is GM, this is the 3rd time I have had my 21 Enclave in for same problem!! GM says replace brake module again not finding out was causing it, this time it lasted ONE day. My biggest concern is the BRAKES are going to fail and it’s going to cause a SERIOUS ACCIDENT!!!!!!!!!!
